The company has already witnessed a massive success in the USA which made it proceed with the United Kingdom as well. 
However, being a part of Europe; UK citizens might have to pay more than Americans. The ad-free price for Germany is €2.99 (£2.60) but in the case of America, it is $2.99 (£2.35). But when it comes to premium subscriptions, Amazon is definitely more beneficial than the other platforms as the package includes Amazon Prime subscription for e-commerce as well as online streaming services. Therefore, users can enjoy same-day delivery and exclusive online streaming content under a common subscription plan. The price for the prime subscription has increased drastically in 2022 as the monthly subscription plan has risen to £8.99 from £1. Similarly, the annual membership option has risen to £95 from £79.
